Our Ministries

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry – exists to unite the pursuit of holiness in the Christian life, equip men in their pursuit for a purpose driven life with God and begins and ends by abiding in our Savior, Jesus Christ. The men of this church provide Spirit-led lessons, monthly event’s, and groups where men experience how to become a “Difference Maker” in the community, the greater community and around the globe. Therefore, the men’s ministry at Corona Church of the Open Door is Christ-centered and relevant to men from all walks of life. The core of our men’s ministries at Corona Church of the Open Door is relational discipleship. Sometimes that means formal training in mentoring and encouraging each other. Other times that relational discipleship is more informal, two friends getting together for coffee, a long talk after a small group meeting but the important thing is intentional encouragement in the Word of God. 

Women’s Ministry

This ministry is a vital part of the body life at Corona Church of the Open Door and seeks to impact women for Jesus Christ by providing instruction in the Word of God; opportunities for spiritually nurturing mentoring relationships; outreach to the community in ways relevant to women; clear biblical teaching on God’s design for women in the home and in the church; support for women as they live out their God-ordained roles; a point of connection for women to serve in the many ministries of the church; and ministry leadership training for women. All of this occurs within the context of Bible studies and discipleship classes; mentoring relationships, classes, and small groups; women’s leadership and mentorship training. 

Young Adult Ministry

Our young adults ministry is for all young people ages 18 and over. Our goal is to make Jesus rooted and grounded in the hearts and minds of our young adults. This is a very active ministry that discusses the Word of God, life situations concerning young adults, mentorship, and we take trips to expand the life’s and minds of our young adults.

Children & Teens Ministry

CCOD Quest Kids Children’s Ministry strives to provide a Biblical foundation for a lifetime relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Core values are built into the heart of every children’s program: To be more like Jesus, to have knowledge and love of God’s word, to be mission-minded, to be child-friendly, and to provide relationship-building opportunities.
Living a Christ-centered lifestyle with the ability to apply God’s word is the focus of all teaching at CCOD. We also provide a safe, secure, challenging and fun environment that is developmentally age appropriate.
Quest Kids is comprised of several class groups for a variety of ages:
The Nursery: 0-36 month

Elementary: 4-6 years old

Elementary: 7-10 years old

Middle School: 11-14 years old

High School: 15-17 years old
